visualconceptforge provides web design, layout development, and related digital services. All services are delivered as described in individual project proposals. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in written agreements before work commences.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly administrative fee. Work on subsequent project phases may be suspended until outstanding balances are cleared.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all deliverables and associated intellectual property rights are transferred to the client. visualconceptforge retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Project Scope & Changes
Any changes to the agreed project scope will be documented in a written change order. Additional work beyond the original scope may incur supplementary charges as outlined in the change order. Both parties must approve changes before implementation.
6. Limitation of Liability
visualconceptforge's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Madrid, Spain, in accordance with Spanish arbitration regulations.

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
Refund requests for services provided by visualconceptforge (Paseo de la Castellana 25, 28046 Madrid, Spain) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be issued when work has not commenced or when deliverables substantially fail to meet agreed specifications.
2. Pre-Commencement Refunds
If a project has not yet commenced, a full refund of any advance payment may be requested within 14 days of payment. Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
3. In-Progress Refunds
For projects already in progress, refunds are calculated proportionally based on completed milestones. Work completed and approved by the client is non-refundable. Outstanding milestones may be cancelled with written notice, and a proportional refund will be issued within 30 days.
4. Completed Projects
Once a project is completed and final deliverables have been accepted, refunds are generally not available. However, if deliverables contain material defects or fail to meet specifications defined in the project agreement, we will first attempt to rectify the issue at no additional cost.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your project reference, a description of the issue, and supporting evidence. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 14 business days.
6. Dispute Resolution
If a refund dispute cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to mediation through the Madrid Arbitration Court before pursuing any legal proceedings. These refund terms are governed by Spanish consumer protection law.
